IMMERSIVE LIGHT WALK IN SHEPPARTON WETLANDS

Inspired by the wildest ecosystems on the planet, PluginHUMAN brings you WILDERNESS, an immersive light walk in Sheppart wetlands. This installation places audiences in the centre of a primal multi-sensory experience.

WILDERNESS responds to peoples’ movement, inviting audiences to act collectively in order to ignite the forest’s full bloom. This artwork illuminates a sublime connection between humans and the natural world.

This landscape is constructed from a mass of hanging LED light sculptures. The sculptures are made from PluginHUMAN’s original high-carbon compostable biopolymers. This installation will also include a soundtrack created from organic field recordings and electronic music.

This work offers opportunities for audiences to consider the shape of our future relationship with natural environments.
